Club's Year End Awards
LPSDC has a year end award program for its members.  All our
schooling shows
and some approved Pony Club shows count for
these awards.  Awards are determined by the criteria listed
below.  We offer awards in both the Jr/YR, Adult Amateurs, and
Open divisions for each level except for Novice Rider.
Awards:
  • Introductory Level through FEI Level- Placing First through Fifth.
  • HIGH POINT Jr/YR, ADULT AMATEUR, AND OPEN RIDERS
    (Training Level through Fourth Level)
  • Novice Rider- Jr/YR and Adult Amatuer combined applies to those
riders showing at Intro or Training that have less than 2 years
    Dressage show experience.
Criteria:
  1. All LPSDC shows count towards awards.
  2. Must be same horse and rider combination.
  3. The same horse/rider combination is not eligible for high point in
the same category two years in a row.
  4. Must have scores from at least three tests of the same level (all test
in level apply) from at least three different judges.
  5. The three highest scores are averaged, but must be from three
    different shows.
  6. To receive any award, rider must work, at a minimum, 6 hours at
    club show during season.
  7. All "Level" awards must be for same horse/rider combination to
    be eligible.
  8. Either the owner of the horse or the rider must be a member.
  9. High Point is determined by adding each horse/rider highest test

find the highest average. (It is not determined by the horse/rider with the
    highest score!)
