Lower Puget Sound Dressage Club's Year End Awards LPSDC has a year end award program for its members. All our schooling shows and some approved Pony Club shows count for these awards. Awards are determined by the criteria listed below. We offer awards in both the Jr/YR, Adult Amateurs, and Open divisions for each level except for Novice Rider.

Awards:
- Introductory Level through FEI Level- Placing First through Fifth.
- HIGH POINT Jr/YR, ADULT AMATEUR, AND OPEN RIDERS
(Training Level through Fourth Level)
- Novice Rider- Jr/YR and Adult Amatuer combined applies to those
riders showing at Intro or Training that have less than 2 years Dressage show experience.
Criteria:
- All LPSDC shows count towards awards.
- Must be same horse and rider combination.
- The same horse/rider combination is not eligible for high point in
the same category two years in a row.
- Must have scores from at least three tests of the same level (all test
in level apply) from at least three different judges.
- The three highest scores are averaged, but must be from three
different shows.
- To receive any award, rider must work, at a minimum, 6 hours at
club show during season.
- All "Level" awards must be for same horse/rider combination to
be eligible.
- Either the owner of the horse or the rider must be a member.
- High Point is determined by adding each horse/rider highest test
scores, from three different judges at one level, then divided to find the highest average. (It is not determined by the horse/rider with the highest score!)

Washington State Horsemen Programs
Every person who participates in the show is responsible for knowledge of and is subject to the Association Rules. Members may receive a hard copy of The Canter, a monthly publication for a fee, (otherwise it is available on the website www.wshorsemen.com for free) and are entitled to participate in the Annual High Score Award competition, if horse is recorded and participation fees are paid for the current year. NO POINTS WILL BE COUNTED TOWARD THE ANNUAL HIGH SCORE AWARDS before membership dues are paid, horses have been recorded with WSH, and all fees paid. THE STEWARD OF LPSDC's SCHOOLING SHOW'S WILL HAVE FORMS FOR RECORDING AND PARTICIPATION. WSH ANNUAL CONVENTION
